2. Say NO to artificial sweeteners, packaged juices, and aerated drinks instead savor on low-fat buttermilk.

Buttermilk is a nutrient-rich drink that aids in digestion, regulating bowel movements while supplying your body with protein, calcium, potassium and other vitamins. Hungry? Sugar craving? Drink two glasses of buttermilk, no sugar, no salt.

3. Add seasonal fruits, salads, beans, and a variety of protein sources to your diet. Eggs are a winner, try experimenting with different recipes and eat more of them.
