My name is Shobhit Choudhary, welcome to my den.
Every day I strive to be better than yesterday. In my den, you can participate in my journey towards becoming a better person.
In 2014, I started weightlifting because of which I have benefited tremendously in all the aspects of my life. I found success everywhere, be it personal or professional goals. I now have a totally different outlook towards life. It gave me that healthy sense of self. I now know that I am someone.
All in all, I’m now an advocate of Iron Therapy.
In my den I’d talk about relationships, family, women, travel, bodybuilding, nutrition, style, accessories, books, essential skills every man should know. Anything that I find useful and will somehow make my reader’s life better.
Who is Shobhit and why LifestyleDen?
I’m a keen observer and doer. I’m a lover of wisdom, chocolate, coffee, wine, beaches, dogs, travel & freedom.
I’m a multipotentialite, a contrarian and a realist all at the same time.
Rejection was my biggest fear, but it’s not anymore. Now, I believe in the theory of abundance.
I’m an engineer by qualification but I have worked as an architect, interior designer and in real estate only to become an entrepreneur.
I prefer living in small cities for the freedom they offer. I’m currently based in Udaipur(I found my solace here) where I also own a brick mortar business. I’m also a stock market investor and a big movie buff.
Nothing impressed me more than how the human body functions. Nutrition science is another subject that interests me.
I started my journey of self-improvement a year ago and today I am a better all around person. I’m not where I want to be in my life yet, but I am fully aware that I’m on the right track. And I’m proud of how far I have come in just one year.
There was no one to guide me. I have been my own mentor. I carefully analyze my strengths and weaknesses and I work by trial and error to better myself.
I’m researching everyday, I’m experimenting every day and I’m learning every day. I don’t make excuses and I do what it takes. I follow no bullshit approach in life.
This is the transformation I underwent with the right kind of nutrition and training protocol that I follow religiously. I now know my body better, I listen to it. I can feel the muscles and the strength that I have developed.
I can feel the hormonal change because of which my mood has stabilized substantially. I am much calmer and my mind is more clear to make better decisions. I have a totally different outlook on life. I feel more empowered.
LifestyleDen is for fighters, people who can seize, clear, hold and build!
Winners are simply willing to do what losers aren’t. If you don’t have a heart, you are not a fighter and this website is not for you. Entertaining excuse makers or excuses is not in my DNA.
I see that majority of people today are living an unsatisfied life for they’re becoming a product of their environment and in the process, losing their individuality.
LifestyleDen is the mindset where you say NO to the popular notions of leading mediocre lives.
I will ask you of two things:
- Take care of your nutrition
- Lift weights
Your body will change your mindset, your mindset will change your behavior, and your behavior will change the outcome.
We have only one life to live. We are here to create ourselves not become a product of the environment.
I created this den because I knew there are a lot more men who’d want to learn and stay motivated and make the best out of themselves. For a successful life, you need to mental clarity, confidence, determination, commitment and a little help.
I want you to get to know yourself. I want you to be your own mentor, take control of your life and be the best you could be.
I want you to grow. I want you to push yourself.
I want you to do stuff you have never done before. I want you to invest in yourself.
I want you to invest in your body. I want you to invest in your mind. The better your mind and body become the better they are going to serve you!
Don’t be the guy next door; become a distilled man.
Become the best you can be and live your dream!
Ask Yourself: What would I do today, tomorrow or day after if I have only one year to live.
Tell Yourself: If I can do this one thing, I can do anything in this world!
